Comfort Suites Georgetown

It was quiet, and the front desk staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, the pool was nicely heated, and the hot tub worked as it should. Breakfast had lots of good options. Hard to ask for more from this hotel.

The free breakfast was good, and the woman at the front desk was super friendly. The room had some downsides: the bathroom could've been cleaner, the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and hallway noise came through a lot. It was only about $120 that night for a king room, though, so I guess that was to be expected.

The friendly woman handling breakfast kept the food stocked, and the continental breakfast was nice. The room was fine for one night, but I expected more for the price. There may have been mold or just dirt on the bathroom floor under the sink, and the grout was two different colors, as if only part of it had been cleaned. One towel had two noticeable black stains, one over an inch long, which stayed even after laundering. The AC didn't work well unless we turned it way down, and we kept waking up hot, so we didn't sleep well. It was okay overall.

We come through here twice a year while traveling, and the place is always clean with very nice people. The wifi works well, and there are lots of food options nearby.
