Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the coffee was good. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The customer service was friendly too.

The Georgetown location was really convenient, and even my very critical wife was impressed. We picked Comfort Inn because it’s usually reliable, but this one in Georgetown TX went beyond what we expected. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional, the bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked so well. There were plenty of outlets and USB ports, probably not quite enough for 100 devices, though. The shower tile matching the rest of the bathroom was a nice touch. We also noticed several signs of upgrades and ongoing improvements.

The room smelled overwhelmingly of old smoke and rubbing alcohol, with such a strong chemical odor that it gave us a headache. The lobby smelled like vomit. Disgusting.

We only stayed one night, but it was really nice. The indoor heated pool was especially nice.

The lady at the desk was really nice and went well beyond what she had to do to accommodate us. Our room was exceptionally clean.
