The staff were cool and very nice, but this was a horrible place to stay. The ice machine was broken, and the laundry room was locked. My room had an oven that wasn’t plugged in and still had all the plastic inside it. When I tried to use the microwave with the TV on, the power went out in the living room area. I don’t think the office is open after hours, so there was nobody to call. They never fixed the electricity during the few days I had to stay, and ice from the fridge melted over all my food. They offered to move me, but nothing to reimburse me.

The sink was backed up and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Lukesha at the front desk was nice and approachable. Another woman, the skinny one with long braided hair, was rude and didn’t know how to deal with customers. She shouldn’t be at the front desk.

For the price, I expected a bit better. They’re doing construction on the pool, and our room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. There were ants all over it.

I checked in Tuesday with the room paid through Friday morning. After my 12-hour shift on Wednesday, I came back to find someone else had been put in my room. My clothes had been taken out and left on the lobby floor. My phone charger, soap, shampoo, and the water from the fridge were missing. When I asked about the missing things, they wouldn’t do anything. The manager then tried to charge me another $70 a night for a suite, since it was the only room available. The customer service was the worst.

The front desk woman was very nice, but ownership doesn’t address problems. The room didn’t have a working smoke detector, and they won’t clean it unless you ask. Breakfast wasn’t continental, just cereal and waffles. What a joke. One of the worst hotels.
