I’d use this as a cheap overnight stop near the highway if I were on a tight budget. It gets the job done, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a night, especially if you want consistent service or more comfort. The biggest problem was the front desk. The person who checked me in was friendly and helpful, but the staff member in the morning was rude, unpleasant, and irritating, which left a bad final impression. Breakfast was only just fine, with a very limited selection. The room was decent enough for one night, and the bathroom was clean with no bugs or major problems. Parking had plenty of space. It’s a basic, casual budget motel in a convenient spot right off the highway, and nothing fancy.

The room was so unhygienic I couldn’t bring myself to eat the included breakfast. The floor looked unclean, there was visible hair on the bathroom floor and toilet, the linens were stained, and the surfaces, including the TV, felt greasy. It also smelled strongly of smoke. We had booked a double queen room but were given a double bed room, something I only noticed the next morning after being exhausted. I picked this hotel for a one-night family stop on our way to Florida because it had a high rating, around 8.4 on booking platforms. That rating is completely misleading. At reception, the person who identified himself as the owner/manager, Martin Patel, was hostile and confrontational from the start. He raised his voice, refused to speak respectfully, and challenged me with comments like “What are you going to do?” and “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” He also used profanity about the booking platform. This went beyond poor service and felt aggressive. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but this was far beyond that, with unacceptable hygiene and openly hostile treatment. I’d strongly advise others to avoid it.

The room didn’t match the description, and I couldn’t let my family stay after seeing it. The white tub was brown, there were pubic hairs on the bed, the place was filthy and smelled musty, and the door had no inside lock, so it didn’t feel safe. I’d prepaid, and the desk sign said there were no refunds after 15 minutes, so I was out of luck. Mr Patel at the front desk was polite, but responded as if he expected me to turn down the room. I can’t believe I had to pay just for opening the door and running.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the price was the best around. Thash at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. A great quick stop right off I-95 while traveling. I’d stay again! ❤️❤️❤️
