The stay has been peaceful for the most part, and I’ve stayed at this Extended Stay before. The staff have been patient, respectful, and ready to help whenever I’ve needed them. Sheila is especially sweet and gentle, and I always enjoy talking with her. Eli takes time to check in and answer questions or concerns, while Mohammed has helped me several times and is always smiling. Noah and Lucan have been helpful too, though I hope I have Lucan’s name right. They’ve all treated guests with kindness and respect and have been willing to help in different ways. I enjoy staying here.

We’ve been here only a few hours and have already found at least four stinkbugs. The room is dated, with broken shower tile, and it feels dirty and poorly kept. We asked for a ground-floor room two weeks before arriving because of access and our small dog, but none were available when we checked in. It may cost a little less, but I’d gladly pay a few dollars more each night for a clean room where I felt comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Edit: We’ve now found at least 15 stinkbugs in the curtains.

The staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and everything was convenient. My room was clean and quiet, with everything I needed, so it felt like a home away from home. Everyone was polite and helpful, and the service was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Suites. It’s an affordable, relaxing place, and I’d recommend it. I’ll be back.

I booked this place while my house was being repaired after water damage, but the room wasn’t comfortable. There were no dishes, pots, flatware, or glasses, and they wouldn’t be available until the next day. The microwave in the kitchen was broken, and the replacement left on the counter was nasty. The laminate floor and thin blankets didn’t help. I stayed one night, then moved somewhere else for my extended stay.

Eli and Noah were really helpful when I checked in and did their best to accommodate me. Whenever an issue came up, they found a way to sort it out. Great job, guys, keep it up!
