Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Germantown, WI

We had a quiet stay and the service was nice during our anniversary visit, from May 31 to June 3. The beds were comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. But the toilet was loose and shifted whenever we used it, and the tub dripped steadily through the night.

My daughter and I booked one of the jacuzzi rooms on March 2, 2026, hoping for a relaxing getaway. When we started filling the tub, nasty-looking white stuff came out of the jets. We emptied it and called the front desk several times before someone answered. She said there wasn't much she could do because maintenance and housekeeping had gone home, and we would have to clean it ourselves. My daughter spent about an hour and a half on the tub. It was better afterward, though still not perfect, and losing so much of our time to that really sucked. We'd stayed here before, but this visit was totally unacceptable and left us very disappointed.

I find the hotel comfortable, like a home away from home, but the front desk worker Leighann is so rude. She gets upset whenever you ask for things like bedding, trash bags, or toilet paper. My room doesn't get cleaned, and the employees sit in the office on their phones gossiping instead of doing their work.

I got there at 11:30 pm to find the window open and the room smelling of urine. Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I'm not coming back. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. I wish I could post photos. Trust me, go somewhere else.
