My room was 323. When my baby had a blowout, the man wanted me to keep the soiled sheets. Later, after my five-month-old peed through a towel, I tried to catch it with a new diaper, but it didn't absorb the pee. I asked for fresh bedding and the woman told me to watch my children, without asking what had happened or even how old they were or how many children I had. I was furious. I didn't expect daily sheet changes, but I wasn't going to sleep in bedding that had been soiled. I got a refund and will take my business elsewhere, and I'll report them for health violations. I don't think bedding like that is sanitary, and it can spread things like pink eye. The floors weren't properly mopped either, just skimmed. My kids' feet were black by the time they took a break.

I handed back the key and left without staying. The room was filthy, with a dirty tub, dirty sheets, and bugs, and it looked nothing like the photos posted here. When I explained the problems and asked for a refund, they kept giving me the runaround and said refunds weren't their policy. I told them the policy should be to provide a clean, bug-free room, but I never got my money back. The man at the counter was also very rude. Anyone rating this place above 1 must be a friend of the owner or paid to write a review.

Traffic noise, paper-thin walls, and a loud air conditioner kept us from getting any rest. This is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at, and it's right by the road.

The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and clean, and the place was really quiet. I enjoyed my stay. Maybe I came after the remodeling, but it was nice.

We checked out early and had to find somewhere else to stay after seeing roaches crawling across the floor. We reported them at the front desk, but the response felt indifferent, with no urgency to deal with it. Finding pests like that is unacceptable when you're paying for a place to relax. I wouldn't recommend staying until they take pest control and hygiene seriously.
