The owners were accommodating when we mentioned that we'd forgotten to ask in advance for the feather pillows to be removed. They did what they could to help, which we appreciated. The only minor snag was the heater making a loud noise off and on, so we chose not to use it at night. The Waterfront Inn sits right on the water, making the stay peaceful and relaxing, and it was lovely to come back in the evenings and unwind by the fireplace. We also enjoyed breakfast at nearby Devoted Kiss Café, which was convenient and a great spot. We'd definitely return.

Tacoma hotels were booked for the Washington State Wrestling Championship, so I looked nearby and found this charming waterfront town in the PNW, with lovely trees and lots of restaurant choices. The Waterfront Inn felt luxurious and was very comfortable. My room faced the water and had its own patio, with plenty of seating inside and out. The bathroom had a lovely shower and bidet, and the owners were super nice.

The harbor view was incredible, the kind that takes the weight of the world off your mind. Our room felt fresh and clean, with a bathroom we could've designed ourselves, a fireplace, and real blankets on the bed. Booking and checking in and out were completely stress-free. 10/10, we'd recommend it and will definitely be back.

We chose the luxurious Rainier room based on the reviews, and they were accurate. We stayed one night. A couple of things others may want to know: parking could be difficult without a small vehicle with good ground clearance, or if you're not comfortable on a steep, winding driveway. I'd say only 3.5 of the 6 spots are easy to get into. My wife wouldn't use the two lower spaces. The four upper spots have well-lit parking indicators, which is a nice touch. It looks like renovations were done in 2023 after ownership changed, so older reviews should be read with that in mind.

We only had one night and wished we could've stayed longer. The Waterfront Inn is in a gorgeous spot, with a spacious, clean room and a spectacular view. After dinner at Anthony’s, just a short walk away, we sat on the Inn's dock with a glass of wine and watched the harbor seals. The food at Anthony’s was delicious, and mentioning the Inn gets you a complimentary calamari appetizer. Fantastic view, and we'd definitely stay again.
