The staff were great and offered to move me, which was kind, but I didn’t take them up on it since I could use a mobile hotspot. In my king suite there was no Wi-Fi at all, only in the hallway. The front desk gave me the contracted provider’s number; when I called, they got frustrated and said they’d call back because the access point couldn’t reach my room. Some guests may not have a hotspot, and rooms shouldn’t be total Wi-Fi dead zones these days.

The front desk team were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The location was convenient too, with major interstates nearby and a grocery store and coffee shop less than a ten-minute walk away. I wasn’t keen on the room service, though I don’t expect it every day anymore. We had to take out our own trash on Saturday, and the oatmeal tasted leftover and dried out on two of our four nights.

The pool and jacuzzi were a nice bonus, and breakfast was terrific. The rooms all face the river, so the views are great. It’s a stylish, clean, modern place in a convenient spot off the freeway, with a grocery store and restaurant nearby. I’ll definitely return.

I’d book here again. The location has worked well for my business needs, the breakfast was above average, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms need a little maintenance, and the pool area, especially the hot tub, could use an overhaul. About three years ago, a double booking meant my party had to scramble to find a room somewhere else. Aside from that, it’s a good hotel.
