The staff were very unprofessional about service animals. The front desk actually asked us to show service animal ID, and I understand that demanding it is illegal and against ADA law. The owner should educate the staff. They also put us in a smoking room and tried to cover the smell with perfume. When we told the front desk before leaving that the room smelled like smoke, all they said was, “No worries.” I don’t understand what that was supposed to mean.

I booked a weekend here about two months ago for $76 a night and was looking again for a business trip. Now it’s $96 a night. The hotel is fine, but that price feels greedy. For almost $100 a night, I’d stay at a four- or five-star place, and I just found a four-star hotel for $80. You might want to bring the rate back down, or you’ll lose a lot of customers.

I’ve stayed here twice, and both the rooms and breakfast have been great. We did have trouble getting TV channels, which I saw other guests mention too. You need to enter your name and room number on the TV screen to sign in. A technician showed us how.

The front desk was rude, and they didn’t honor a reservation I’d made months earlier. The walls are paper thin, so loud neighbors are impossible to ignore. The TV only had YouTube, with no channels, and car alarms kept blaring in the lot all night. It has the feel of a cheap hotel without cheap prices. Baltimore dumpster fire 💯. Avoid it.

We booked rooms through Expedia for employees traveling on business on 12/11, but the hotel charged us as well. I’ve called twice about it and waited on hold around ten minutes each time. When someone finally answers, they hang up.
