The front desk gal was super nice and helpful, but the room was only sort of clean. My mirror was dirty, there were makeup stains and a few hairs on the duvet cover, and I found a dried booger on the mattress cover. I clean for a living, so it looked to me like the duvet covers aren't being washed. The down comforters need replacing, they're stained and probably moldy. It's not very busy with travelers, so I imagine they're not doing well financially.

I told the front desk that the bed, sheets, pillows, and room were dirty and stained. The gentleman I spoke with was condescending, used his manager Sunny's name, and wouldn't give me his own. He said, "It's just stained. Sorry that's not your preference." This hotel felt disgusting, dirty, and rude. It seems clearly to be violating health codes while patronizing guests who are grossed out by the condition. If negative stars were possible, that's what I'd give it.

Glad we're only here for one night. The room was fine when we arrived at 3, but after we came back a couple hours later, marijuana smell was seeping in. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they didn't seem concerned.

This place didn't feel clean or trustworthy. There was broken glass across the parking lot and grass, puke outside as soon as you step out, and dried puke in our ice bucket. People were smoking marijuana right by the front door too. For a hotel that's supposed to be pet friendly, the glass around the grounds is especially concerning. We called the number listed on Google to book and didn't realize the hotel used a third-party booking system. At check-in they showed us as having paid and said a room was ready, then told us we owed more fees at the desk. I'd give the hotel zero stars if I could.
