The staff and service were awesome, and the cooling worked really well. The bathroom is huge, though I’m not sure why, and it had no fan or vent. The beds were okay, medium-firm queens, but I’d prefer kings. The window covering that goes up and down needs replacing. It’s close to the venue.

I was there for a 10 day business trip, and the free laundry machines were a big help. The coffee tasted good and wasn’t watered down like it is at some hotels. My room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Alex and Richard went out of their way to help with my requests. There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby, though the closest store for basic necessities is about a 10 minute drive or a $10 Uber ride.

A pretty standard hotel with rooms, a small gym, a pool, and a breakfast bar. I’m not hard to please, but I do expect the room to be clean and free of other people’s short and curlies.

The stadium is close enough to walk to in about five minutes at an easy pace. The room was comfortable, the bed felt good, and the shower head was great. I took off a star because parking cost $15 a night. That’s crap.

My wife and I try different hotels around the Valley for our weekend date nights, and Bella gave us phenomenal service. She was kind and patient, and we absolutely loved our stay. She should be rewarded for how awesome she was.
