Bill and Nancy were wonderful hosts, and the B&B itself is top notch. My wife and I stayed overnight on our way back from Vermont and really enjoyed it. Downtown Glens Falls has great bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. Definitely stay here.

Nancy and Bill made us feel like family, and the place was spotless, quiet, and tastefully done, with a great outdoor area and pool. Nancy’s a terrific cook, so don’t miss the lovely breakfast and those awesome cookies. We came up to Glens Falls for a family reunion after being disappointed with the Queensbury Hotel last time, and this was a fantastic surprise. I’ve always preferred hotels because they feel impersonal, and never thought I was a B&B person, but I really enjoyed this.

Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the hosts were terrific. Breakfast was excellent too. Such a great find, with a beautiful home in a nice location. Highly recommend!

Nancy & Bill are warm and knowledgeable, and breakfast was amazing, especially the scones, which were as light as clouds. We had a delightful 2-day stay in this lovingly renovated heritage home, enjoying the Florence & Sadie rooms. They were clean and tastefully decorated, with lots of little details to catch your eye. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to downtown, with plenty to see in Glens Falls and nearby. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay again.

The gardens make the property feel like a private oasis, and the rooms had thoughtful touches that gave us the feel of a five star hotel while keeping the charm and coziness of a B & B. This beautiful Victorian was perfectly located for our trips into Saratoga, Lake George, and Bolton Landing. Breakfast was amazing, Bill and Nancy made us feel very welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
