I stayed in The Bronze Quill suite, which was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up, and the bathroom felt more like a luxury hotel, with a large soaking tub, updated finishes, marble floors, and high-end details. Everything seemed designed for real comfort. The Dove Inn has a warm, charming feel while looking more like a cool boutique hotel than a traditional B&B. Its elegant, cozy atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after exploring Golden. The owner has transformed the space with moody, sophisticated design that feels fresh while still honoring the inn’s history. The antiques and little touches show how much care went into the renovation. If you appreciate design and history, it’s a special place to stay. I can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely be back.

Downtown Golden was easy to explore on foot from The Dove Inn, and the place itself felt peaceful, safe, and comfortable. We loved the charming, spotless space and the thought put into every detail. It made our little babymoon feel especially special. I’d love to stay again if I’m back in Golden :)

The Dove Inn made our two-year wedding anniversary feel really personal. We arrived to rose petals and chocolate-covered strawberries in our room, and they also handled the logistics for our couples massage and parking around Golden. We can’t wait to come back. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with great shopping and restaurants right nearby. Inside, the Victorian-style antiques and decor sit beautifully with modern essentials. The design is stunning, like something from Architectural Digest, and every detail feels considered. If you haven’t seen the remodeled Dove Inn, just walking in is an experience.

The Dove Inn sits right in the heart of downtown Golden, within walking distance of everything. The rooms, lobby, and kitchen are gorgeous, cozy, and charming, and the whole place has a distinctive look. The service and guest experience are second to none. You can tell the owners and staff care about the inn and the quality of each stay. I can’t recommend it enough and will tell everyone I know to book here when they visit.

I first stayed here a few years ago and had a great visit, then returned this past Valentine’s Day weekend as a birthday surprise for my husband. The inn had already been lovely, but the new management and facelift still amazed me. No detail was spared, and the design is truly 10/10. It feels like a real B&B through and through. We stayed in the carriage house, which gave us great privacy, and the other guests were lovely and friendly in the shared areas. The main lobby has an espresso machine that coffee lovers will appreciate, and my husband was happy with the tea and non-caffeinated morning drink options. It was a perfect weekend.
