The gym was good, though it could use more than one workbench. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was good enough. Great hotel, with all the amenities I needed.

We stayed one night with a travel baseball team and left a $10 tip. I accidentally left a baseball uniform on the bathroom door and medication in the refrigerator. When I called later that day, the front desk attendant said the room had been cleaned and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the manager said nothing had been found and offered no help. The bathroom was also unacceptable: a red mark above the toilet that looked like blood, peeling wallpaper, and a broken shower fixture. They'd added a second shower nozzle halfway down the wall as a workaround, which was awkward and ugly. As a Hilton Honors member, I was very disappointed by the service, cleanliness, and standards at a hotel under the Hilton name. This falls well short of what I expect and reflects badly on the brand's commitment to service and ethics. Don't book here.

I booked 18 days for work as a Diamond member, but went eight days without room cleaning. I had to ask housekeeping just to get tissue, towels, and rags. The hotel is seriously understaffed. Front desk employees are also cleaning rooms and serving breakfast while trying to cover the desk. They need more staff.

We were only passing through for one night, and it was awful. The breakfast area was appalling, and the sanitation was too. After dinner next door, we came back to room 237 and, half an hour later, saw a large cockroach run across the floor. We killed it, then found smaller ones under the AC unit. The manager didn't seem to care when we called. I went to the desk and politely explained that neither we nor my son would sleep with bugs in the room. They offered room 233, which was better, with a bathroom door and no leaks. The first room, rm 225, had a big bathroom puddle from water dripping through the exhaust fan. We politely asked to move. The next room seemed okay apart from a damaged TV and a bathroom curtain instead of a door. Avoid room 237.
