Sierra, Dee and Tawanna, hope I spelled that correctly, were thoughtful, personable, and went out of their way to help. The rooms were clean and spacious, and even though the hotel is being renovated, it didn't inconvenience us or get in the way of anything. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but the fresh coffee and the staff more than made up for it. I can't say enough about the service, and I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Holly, Desiree, Sierra, Taylor, and Maggie went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, from help with my room to keeping fresh coffee available. They made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, fresh, and well maintained the whole time, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were nice and the location was convenient, but the place felt dirty enough that I was uncomfortable staying there. It wasn't filthy, just poorly maintained and cleaned. A hotel should feel like a home away from home.

I chose this place because it had the highest Google ratings, and it's a nice hotel with clean, nice rooms. But with the remodel, only one elevator was working, and it's rickety enough to make you wonder if you'll get stuck. I ended up on the top floor with that one elevator, and honestly, I should've stayed somewhere else. That needs to change.

Magdli at the desk was great and went out of her way to help us more than once. The rooms were great too. We'd definitely come back!
