I was exhausted after spending a week sleeping on a couch at the hospital while my fiancé was there. We live 4.5 hours away, so I chose the closest hotel, and that was a huge mistake. The room seemed clean and smelled nice at first, so I got into bed. Around 2:30 on 3-5-2024, I got up to use the bathroom, and when I returned I saw a massive bed bug crawling across the pillow. I killed it and kept it to file an incident report and ask for a refund. The night staff member told me they don't do refunds or incident reports. I probably would have left it there, except for that response. I feel like they'd only make a report if I trashed the room. This was a nightmare. Please find somewhere cleaner to stay. I'll be contacting a lawyer to make sure they pay to have my clothes and car cleaned and sanitized. I'd give negative stars if I could.

It was peaceful, and the bed was great to sleep in. Everything looked and smelled clean. The shower head could be better, though. I'll stay here again when I'm back in town.

I'd seen the mixed reviews and wasn't sure what to expect, but my stay was pleasant. I was here Saturday night, March 22, 2025. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are basic, but they were perfectly clean. Cheers.

For an older hotel, this place has been kept up well. My room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and the service was very good. The beds were comfortable too. For the price, you won't find a better option in this city.
