The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine too, with unlimited coffee and flavored creamer. A couple of things got frustrating: our room keys and digital key failed several times, and the bathroom light shines straight onto the two queen beds with no way to block it. That last part is a minor issue, though.

Senior Sales Director KELLY LE handled everything for our event with quick, thoughtful communication. Running a large group of hotels that mostly serves expo center events must mean dealing with plenty of little crises, and she handled it exceptionally well. We booked three days of rooms for our out-of-town guests for my daughter’s wedding. With everyone arriving and leaving on different flight schedules, the hotel was great about early check-ins and late check-outs. Our guests were happy with the rooms, breakfast, and friendly staff. The lobby looks elegant, and the front desk associate was happy to get me trash bags when I asked. It was a very hospitable stay and a great place to stay.

The rooms were great, but there were ladybugs all over the ceiling. Breakfast was awful. The only edible thing was the waffle, since you make that yourself.
