The only thing that worked for us was the convenient location near the convention center and Tanger outlets. The room was disgusting, so I cancelled the second night of our planned two-night stay and checked out at 6am. I asked about switching rooms and was told they were sold out and all the rooms looked the same. There was a chair that speaks for itself, mildew on the bathroom ceiling and inside the mirror, and substances smeared all over the walls. There wasn't even a TV remote. This place needs a remodel or much better cleaning staff. Unacceptable.

We were lucky my husband eventually got a job there and we're moving to the area, because after nearly seven weeks at this hotel, I know we'll recommend it to everyone. The manager is the best, and you can tell he loves his work. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the rooms were amazing. They also provide free dinner Monday through Thursday and a tasty breakfast every day, with a great selection of food and plenty to keep you busy. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I booked through Amex travel and asked at 4 pm check-in whether the stay would earn Marriott credit. The front desk associate said it wouldn't because third-party bookings aren't eligible, then said she'd check with her manager. Instead of simply explaining the policy, she made a show of entering my stay under my rewards account to make it look like I was receiving credit. That was dishonest. She should have had the intestinal fortitude to explain the policy instead of pretending to take an action.

We had ample parking right off the highway, and the lobby was clean with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and had no odor, the AC was cold, the shower water was hot, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. We even got to watch the world series game on TV. Breakfast had a good variety, and I'd stay here again.
