Motel 6 Goodlettsville, TN - Nashville

The room was spotless, and the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. The people at the counter were good to deal with. I had made a reservation and then needed to cancel, and they refunded the full amount. A week later I came back and stayed. Thank you to the manager and staff at the Goodletsville Motel 6. Outstanding motel!

This place was awful, and I’m never coming back. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, there were stink bugs, holes in the bathroom walls, and hair all over the beds. The sheets looked barely cleaned. It felt like there might have been spiders in the room too. I give it a zero. They should be ashamed to let people into rooms this dirty.

The location is good and it has a pool, so this could be a nice hotel if it were fixed up. It’s very outdated, and the workers didn’t seem to care. There were cigarette burns in the bedding even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking, so I brought my own cover. The towels didn’t even have a bleach smell, the towel racks were broken, and a patch covered a spot in the bathtub. The lampshades were dry-rotted. It might do for one night if you need somewhere to stay.

I ended up getting very sick after staying in that room, though I don’t know if it was because of the filth or something else. My little dog wouldn’t even sleep on the sheets, so I put the towels they gave me on the bed and slept on those. They did refund my money in a timely manner, and I hope the other refund goes through too. I’d checked in for 2 nights, but asked for my money back for the second because I wasn’t staying another night, or even taking a shower there. The tub was moldy and filthy, the mirrors were dirty, and the place had an indescribable stink. I had to ask for towels, an ice bucket, and clean sheets because the ones on the bed, along with the blanket and cover, were filthy. There was chewed gum in the headboard and cigarette burns on the sheets. This kind of filth feels hazardous, and I was afraid of bed bugs. I don’t know how this is legal. I’m new to Nashville, and this was the dirtiest place.
