Quality Inn Goodlettsville

Service has been good, and I liked the hot breakfast, especially the sausage and biscuits with gravy. They had orange and cranberry juice, with coffee in the lobby and a coffee maker in the room. The rooms are pretty clean, though the bathroom could use more cleaning. There were stains on the floor and in the bathtub.

I had a good stay for what I needed. It’s in a convenient spot, the staff were friendly, and my room was very clean. It was just right for one night, though I wouldn’t want to spend a week here.

The location was great, but I reserved a non-smoking room and mine reeked of cigarette smoke. The spray they gave me didn’t get rid of it, and the man at the front desk was difficult to deal with. If you need a non-smoking room, check yours before you get settled. My sinuses got so bad that I had to leave early, and I got no compensation for the time I’d paid for. I won’t stay there or recommend it again.

We needed a place for one night while traveling because Nashville was sold out, and paid over $300 for this room. We got only one set of towels for two people: one hand towel, one washcloth, and one full-size towel. When we asked for one more, the person at the desk huffed and handed over a single bath towel. After dinner we came back and found an actual cockroach under the sheets in the bed. I picked it up and flung it off. When I called the front desk, they immediately said, “no we don't have that problem here.” I told them there was also pubic hair on the towel and that I’d bring it down. The reply was that they couldn’t say anything until a manager arrived. The front desk staff, cleanliness, and overall safety get 0/10 from me. On the plus side, I checked for bed bugs and saw two sets of protective mattress covers, which probably means they were an issue in the past. If cockroaches and pubic hairs in your room sound fine, this is your place to spend $300.
