For my mother's 75th birthday, I planned a Lancaster weekend, and our first stay onsite at Kitchen Kettle Village Inn & Suites made it special. We'd visited many times and stayed at nearby hotels before, but now we can't imagine choosing anywhere else. Becky gave us a warm welcome at check-in, and every staff member we met was kind and helpful. Our suite in Benjamin House, Room 502, was only steps from the shops. It was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully renovated, with lovely furnishings and bathroom fixtures that exceeded our expectations. The special treats the staff left in the room touched my mother's heart and made her feel celebrated. We'll absolutely be back. Thank you to the whole team for making her birthday weekend so memorable and treating her with such kindness.

For my son's surprise trip, the room and walking around the village were a hit. The staff were so warm and friendly, and the room was immaculate and well appointed. It was my first stay in Lancaster, and the location couldn't have been better. We're already looking forward to coming back next year.

We come back every time we're in the area and have stayed in both the Hershey Suite and the Benjamin House Suite. Both were clean and pleasant. Lots of stores and cafes are within walking distance, and plenty more is a short drive away, 15 minutes or less. Depending on the room, you may hear loud trucks passing pretty regularly. Otherwise, it's relaxing.

Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, and traveling with our service dog felt easy and genuinely welcome. My partner and I stayed at The Inn at Kitchen Kettle Village over New Year's and felt well cared for throughout. Staff were attentive and kind from check-in through checkout, making sure we had what we needed. The location is charming and peaceful during the holiday, with a cozy feel and a village you can explore on foot. We left refreshed and already talking about another visit. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

The suites are cozy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It's a charming shopping village with boutiques, restaurants, and an Amish feel. We'd definitely stay there again.
