We stayed with family and found the room neat, comfortable, and set to a cozy temperature for the chilly weather. It had a microwave, electric kettle, and mini fridge, which made things convenient. The Inn is right on the main road, with a gas station nearby. In the evening, seeing motorists around their campfires gave the place a cozy feel. A comfortable, convenient stop while traveling through Gorham.

The rooms could use a refresh, they feel dated. But it's right by the river, with great views of the presidential range, and Mt. Washington auto road is only a short drive away. A very convenient base for UTV and snowmobile riders, with easy trail access.

We were there in October, when it was 27 degrees outside, and the heat in our room never came on. Then the power went out and we had no electricity. The bathroom was clean, but very old, and every picture on the wall was the same.

There was nobody in the lobby, and the room was filthy. Old Chinese food was stuck in the sheets, with stains on the bedding and carpet. It smelled musty, nothing looked like it had been vacuumed in ages, and the tub had old black stains. The drain was clogged and the toilet looked unwiped. The only good things were the downtown Gorham location and plenty of trailer parking.

The owners were polite, but we walked into the room and checked right back out. It was extremely dated and dirty, and looked like it had been cleaned by a two year old. The photos bore no resemblance to the actual room. We were meant to stay at Mt. Madison, but a broken pipe there meant guests were sent here instead. The owners run both places.
