Days Inn Burlington East

The pool is closed right now, which is a bummer. The laundry room is nice, and using a card makes it easy. Staff have been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can see the place is well used and a bit rough around the edges, but it’s clean and cared for. For the price, the quality is hard to beat.

As always, Days Inn was a great experience, and I told the attendant it’s the only place I’ll stay. When my family went to Colorado Springs this past February to welcome my nephew home from his Army deployment, we tried another hotel. My niece took a quick shower, then came out saying we had to leave right away because she’d seen a roach and a bedbug. We were out of that building within 30 minutes. Once we got to Colorado Springs, we decided it was Days Inn only. It’s always clean, the service is great, and the people are kind.

My 88-year-old grandfather was with me for our two-week stay, and his dementia is pretty severe. The staff went above and beyond to look after our needs and make sure he was safe when I couldn’t be right beside him. I got to know a couple of the front desk staff, and they said most of them had experience working with older people. I’m so thankful for all of them. The room was clean and roomy, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was put out a few minutes early each day. Thank you for treating us with such compassion and understanding.

I had a really nice stay. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the customer service was phenomenal. When I ran into some personal trouble, Tiffany at the front desk went out of her way to help me. I’ll remember how kind she was. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
