The staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast had lots of options. The hotel looks great after a recent renovation and was clean and well maintained. My room was roomy and comfortable, and the bed was too. The fridge was a good size, the self-serve laundry handled a good-sized load, and the hot tub was hot but not too hot. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I was here with a friend who booked through expedia on April 11, 2026. We found a bed bug on her pillow, took a photo, reported it right away to the front desk, and left the bug on the pillow in the bathroom. We got moved to another room, but still felt grossed out. When we asked for compensation, management accused us of making it up and said the photo wasn't taken at their hotel. I have no reason to lie. They said the sheet in the picture looked tan, but it was actually white like theirs, and their poor lighting may have made it look off-white. I took the picture myself on Snapchat at the hotel at 9pm on April 11, 2026, room 210. The front desk staff were nice enough, but the management was terrible. Accusing a customer of lying to save face is ridiculous. Avoid this place.

I've stayed here often and the staff always impress me. Emily, the manager, is kind and ready to help however she can. I've never had a bad experience and plan to keep coming back regularly.

The breakfast is really good, and the rooms are spacious and clean. I stay here often for work, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Most rooms I've stayed in have a bad smell coming from the heater or air conditioner, though. They need a good spring cleaning and disinfectant. I'd still recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and updated, and the bed was comfortable. Joanna was amazing helping with our reservation for 4 rooms, patient and very helpful. At check-in, Heather was pleasant, kind, and helpful, and tried to accommodate all our requests, even the crazy ones.
