We had a great experience in a King Suite for two nights. The room was just as expected, and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel has had a recent branding refresh, so everything looks sharp and modern. It was clean, quiet, and a great value. There’s a lovely range of things at the free breakfast. The usual choices include coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, and fruit. I especially liked the hot food, which changed each day, with things like sausage, potatoes, and egg omelets.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and functional, with the standard layout for the Springhill Marriott line. It’s my top choice in that line when I don’t need a kitchen. The included breakfast is one of the better pre-cooked ones I’ve had, with a great selection: waffles, French toast, sausage rounds, fried eggs, and oatmeal for anyone looking for a healthier option. The breakfast area has lots of space, different kinds of seating, and TVs, though it can get loud enough that you may not hear them.

Customer service was poor all around. I asked that nobody enter my room during my stay, but someone came in anyway. The shower wasn’t clean either, there was long hair on the floor.

A very good hotel for the price, with food and drink close by, though it’s not really walkable. I wish they’d leave the coffee out after noon. Not everyone has early appointments.

It’s new and fairly nice, but those 9am housekeeping knocks woke me up, only for me to go downstairs and find that breakfast was already over at 9. That was disappointing.
