The room was clean and comfortable, and it felt like good value for what I paid. I did notice a small leak in the washroom, but that was the only issue. Even arriving late at night, I was welcomed by a receptionist who was kind and helpful. I had a really good stay and would recommend this motel to anyone wanting an affordable, comfortable place near Niagara Falls.

We arrived at 3 AM, worn out after driving from Arizona, and ended up leaving right away because of serious cleanliness concerns and what looked like signs of bedbugs. That meant moving our workers to another hotel at a much higher cost and dealing with a major disruption just before an important California project. We shared photos and tried to settle things respectfully, but management denied responsibility and wouldn't refund us. When our office followed up, the response was very unprofessional. Traveling workers and families deserve better.

We had a great stay, and the woman who checked us in helped make it that way. She took the time to explain the Niagara events and show us the map. I never learned her name, but if you happen to read this, thank you for making our day! ☺️

The woman at the office was super nice, and the service was good. The motel was clean and worked perfectly for a one or two night stay. I’ll definitely return, and it’ll be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Buffalo.

It’s dirty and smells horrible. This is the worst motel ever, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
