SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Grand Island

The afternoon and evening employee with the brightly colored hair was incredibly sweet and helpful. She got us what we needed and gave us a great dinner recommendation. Even my dog loved her. Without that employee, we probably would’ve looked for another hotel. I stayed with a friend, and the place was... different. The morning employee looked and acted like she might be dealing with active addiction. She feeds stray cats, then leaves cans and paper bowls scattered around the parking lot. I love animals, but that looks really trashy at a hotel.

The hotel was quiet, the rooms were clean, and the staff were amazing. I stayed at the Sure stay with my granddaughter and her friend, and I’d definitely stay again.

On a long road trip, this was a great place to stop and rest. The room was clean, the TV and shower worked, and breakfast was amazing, the best spread I had on the whole trip. Small towns along Highway 80 can be pretty basic, but I’m grateful they’re there. It’s a long stretch of highway with a lot of uninhabited space, which can feel spooky. Thanks again. You just never know.

Some of the other reviews seem unfair to me. We had a pleasant stay: the rooms were very clean, and everyone was nice and helpful. The pool was big and clean, the beds were comfortable, and I slept really well. Breakfast was plentiful, and the area was clean too. I’d happily stay again.
