My daughter and I spent three nights here for a dance competition, and I’m sure we’ll stay again for the next one. The hotel’s location was super convenient. My daughter and her friends loved the pool and hot tub, and it was great to have a mini fridge and microwave for a stay that long. The breakfast was actually really good, with lots of choices. We had a wonderful experience. The room was huge, the beds super comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in recent memory, and I’ve stayed at a lot!

The hotel is family owned, and it shows in the best ways. I had the pleasure of getting to know the GM during my stay, and the staff were pleasant and worked hard behind the scenes. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s in a great downtown location, with paid parking in the back. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a great experience here and will definitely return when I’m in town. I’m platinum in Marriott and stay at quite a few Fairfields, and this is one of the better ones I’ve experienced. The rooms aren’t completely remodeled, just somewhat, but they’re still really nice and clean, especially for a Fairfield.

The fitness center is kinda tiny, but the co-owned Soco social house makes great cocktails. They give you your first drink free, though it’ll suck you in.

Downtown Grand Junction is a very nice location, but the price was outrageous, especially since the whole hotel feels old, dated, and worn out and needs a complete remodel. It was graduation weekend, and even though we were just passing through and not there for graduation, it felt like everyone was being taken advantage of. The $450/nt after fees and taxes was usurious, and that didn’t include the $14 a night for parking, which is an outrage. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. Otherwise, it was terrible value for money.
