Mr. Alexander and the management team made us feel heard, valued, and supported during our stay. His care and professionalism stood out, and he went above and beyond for us. It’s unusual to find leadership that’s so attentive and thoughtful about the guest experience. He handled everything kindly and patiently, with real integrity. The staff were warm, respectful, and focused on making our visit comfortable and meaningful. It feels like the hotel is run by people who care about guests, not just reservations. Thanks again, Mr. Alexander. We’ll remember the experience and look forward to coming back.

We had breakfast both mornings and enjoyed it, and dinner at the hotel was great on our first night. Being able to walk to restaurants for dinner was even better. My husband and I picked this Hilton for a staycation, and it was amazing. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival, but we didn’t mind waiting. They upgraded us to a fabulous mini apartment. Huge thanks to Tyra for her professionalism and help getting us into a room. We’ll definitely be back.

Karen made the meal memorable with outstanding service. From the moment I arrived at the hotel restaurant, Karen was welcoming and attentive, and went out of their way to help. They offered recommendations quickly, were incredibly polite, and seemed to anticipate what I needed without hovering. It felt like they knew what I wanted before I did! Big compliments to Karen and the whole team.

The area has plenty to do, with lots of good food and drinks nearby, and the fountain light show at night was a lovely extra. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a retreat and found it comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff throughout. Breakfast had a wide range of choices, though it was just okay overall, with something for everyone. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

After driving 4 hours to the hotel, I learned at check-in that the water would be SHUT OFF from 10pm until 5AM. Guests should have been told before arriving. If I’d known earlier, I would’ve booked somewhere else. Paying full price for the stay I got didn’t sit well with me. That wasn’t the experience I paid for.
