The room at Hyatt Place Dallas/North Arlington felt spacious and comfortable, especially the soft couch area that made it feel more like home. It was clean and quiet, tucked off Highway 360. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby, and the entertainment district is close while the hotel itself stays peaceful. Being near DFW Airport and downtown Dallas made getting around easy. I’ve stayed with Hyatt before, but this was my first time in Arlington, and it was an excellent experience.

Dontae was wonderful at the night front desk. He welcomed me, stayed calm, and made check-in smooth and stress free. He was professional, helpful, and went out of his way to see that my needs were met. His kindness and efficiency really stood out. He’s a huge asset to the team.

The room was fine and breakfast decent. There isn’t much of a bar, though one is very close by. The front desk staff didn’t seem especially professional. More than once, I walked past and they barely looked up from their phones.

Kesha was a great breakfast attendant, professional and attentive to what we needed. She kept a close eye on the hot food and refilled the breakfast bar right away. The breakfast was lovely every day. She also suggested plenty of local places to eat since we were visiting from out of town. The hotel staff have been very accommodating during my stay. I only wish there were two Kesha’s.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were quiet and very clean, the staff were super nice, and the location worked perfectly. I loved the light breakfast in the mornings. Highly recommend!
