Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel

We stayed one night while my husband was having surgery, and everyone made it a great experience. The calm atmosphere and friendly staff stood out, and I thought it was cool that people were dressed so fancy, coming from a tiny town. I wish breakfast came with the stay, though it was delicious, and having a Starbucks built in was nice. I’d recommend it to anyone. Best hotel I’ve stayed at!

We were welcomed by friendly staff, and the clean hotel had comfortable beds. The pool was clean too, and stays open until 11 pm. It’s a great place to stay. The airport is very close, so planes can be heard all night, though that shouldn’t be a problem if you sleep deeply.

I spent 2.5 days here for a meeting and would definitely come back. The Sheraton has had renovations, and it’s a great place now. The hotel and my room were clean, and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was a bit small, but I loved the shower. There’s both an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a tiki bar.

Our only regret was having to leave after three days and two nights. We’ve traveled around the country and abroad, and the service and experience here matched or beat some five-star resorts we’ve stayed at. Kevin the General Manager walks around and chats with guests in such an inviting way, like you’re at a small-town bed and breakfast. Jenelle at the restaurant was helpful, helpful, helpful, with great service and a great smile. If you can get a room for under $200 a night, you got a real bargain, or you were really blessed. Place is
