The kids love the park, and the staff are great. It’s relaxing for parents, too. What keeps us from coming more often is the condition of the shower and bathroom areas, which really need updating, especially the plumbing. The pool needs better care as well. Around the bounce pillow, sand burrs get into kids’ feet if they step off the ends or sides.

I’ve visited a few times and have always had a wonderful time. The staff are grade A, and the manager is one of the best. We love the activities they put on for younger campers. Book a visit, you won’t regret it!

Our family of six, with kids ages 2-10, spent the 4th of July weekend here, and we can’t wait to come back. The place feels safe, relaxing, and like there’s always something to do. The sites were clean, spacious, functional, and easy to access, and there were plenty of bathrooms and showers. Even on a busy weekend, the kids got to try everything we wanted because the staff made sure everyone got a turn. The staff kept things organized and safe. We did see some teens behaving unruly and a child have a bit of an accident. Jellystone staff and bystanders responded quickly to both, and everything turned out okay. The fireworks were amazing, better than my hometown’s, and the whole weekend had immaculate vibes. We’d rate it 100/10 for a family getaway. We had just pulled out, but I wanted to post right away so another family might come before summer ends.

We had a great five-night family vacation in Cindy Bear Cabin 2. It was cute, and the kids enjoyed the loft play area. There’s so much to do at the resort that we didn’t need to leave. During our stay, a huge storm came through, which I believe was later classified as a tornado. It was frightening and dangerous. We sheltered in the General Store when the power went out. The staff were phenomenal, giving the kids flashlights and doing what they could to help them through a scary time. Trees were uprooted afterward, and the Wibit was badly mangled. They couldn’t get it working again during our stay, but I don’t think there was much they could do. A tornado can’t really be prevented. The team worked around the clock to clear trees and get the resort running again. A tree landed on my brother-in-law and sisters' cabin not long after they arrived. Within a few hours it had been cleared, and they could still stay in the cabin they’d booked. We’re grateful for how the staff handled everything. Thank you to the resort team.

Scouting America Troop 137 had a fantastic campout here before school starts. We spent five hours at the waterfront and on the Wibit, and enjoyed every minute. Our site was spacious and tucked away, and the staff were really helpful. We also got to do a service project, clearing trails for the haunted Halloween trail. It was just what we needed for troop bonding and fun.
