The room was very clean, and the service was good. Breakfast had the usual basics and was okay, while the coffee was great. There's also a pool, which is especially nice in winter when it's cold outside and the kids still want to swim. I'd recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Breakfast was great, especially those delicious sweet cinnamon rolls. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the Dove toiletries as a nice extra. Our key card failed once, but they sorted it out quickly and it didn't affect our stay. I'd definitely come back.

The rooms were cleaned every day, parking was plentiful, breakfast was free, and the staff were really nice. Still, I'm ready to go home. There was no smart TV, screen mirroring, Netflix, or much to watch beyond a few channels, and that really got to me. They also didn't replace my makeup remover wipes after the first day. I could probably have gone downstairs to ask, but I didn't think I should have to. The cleaners kept turning off my heat, so my room was freezing whenever I came back. Breakfast was okay, but there weren't many grab-and-go choices, and bacon was served only once during the week. DoorDash wouldn't bring food to the room, so I had to go down to the lobby to get it. I was too tired for that. It was an okay stay, but those things wore on me.

It's easy to get to, and my room was clean with everything working properly. The staff were kind, capable, attentive, and professional, which is rare in the hotels I visit every week for work. I highly recommend staying here. I noticed a small event room in use, and everyone there seemed happy and was having a good time, which says something about the service. The hotel also has a nice little pool, a gym that doesn't stink, and a pretty decent laundry room at $3 per load. Thanks, Holiday Inn Express Grandview, for making my stay easy and pleasant.

We booked this hotel specifically because it was supposed to have a hot tub, but it had been sealed over. The ice maker in the hallway was out of service too. Our fridge and microwave both failed, and the fridge smelled awful, leaving us with no way to store food or heat it up. We stayed the whole weekend, so it really sucked to go without the amenities that had been promised. Honestly, one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.
