The room was great, with no bugs, spotless, really comfortable beds, lots of closet space, and a full kitchen with a stove, full fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Even with our pets underfoot, it never felt crowded. What really stood out was how kind the staff were. During the Nashville ice storm on Jan 24/25th, we lost power and were trying to get through below-freezing temperatures. After 24 hours, we needed somewhere that would take our pets, and I was grateful this hotel had rooms available right away. Everyone had a smile and treated me politely and with grace, even though they must have been overwhelmed by all the people, families, and pets. I didn't catch everyone's names, but thanks to general manager Sarah, Anna, and Alex for welcoming us and being so kind while I was stressed.

The free breakfast was good, and the workout room was clean and well kept. The sidewalks and paths were salted and easy to walk on. We stayed at Townplace Suites for one night after losing power at home in the ice storm. Ubon at the front desk was welcoming and accommodating, even with phones ringing and people arriving from the storm. She suggested booking an extra night in case, which we did, but our power came back the next day. The hotel app was going to charge me for that night when I tried to cancel, so I went down and explained things to the new clerk, Sarah, I think. Sorry if I have that wrong, I know it was your first solo shift. She called her manager and got the fee removed. Thanks to all the staff, and I hope you stay safe and warm!

The room was spacious and clean, with a full-size fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Staff welcomed me and took the time to double-check things. Couldn't be happier with this hotel.

The hotel is pet friendly, which was a nice surprise. Check-in was easy, and the rooms were clean, bright, and spacious, with plenty of outlets for devices. Breakfast was free too. It's tucked into a nice setting off a busy highway.
