We could clearly hear kids and other people using the pool because our room overlooked it. There were also banging sounds in the bathroom. That was the only thing that bothered us. The hotel and accommodations were very nice, and I’d stay there again if I needed to. From check-in to checkout, the service was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and neat.

We were in the Grand Rapids area for a wedding and stayed 3 nights. The area felt very safe, and the team made the place feel welcoming from the lobby to checkout. Everyone was friendly, hardworking, and accommodating. The housekeeping staff clearly take pride in making the rooms clean and inviting. Jackie in the kitchen kept up with breakfast and still made us feel like we were her only visitors. We also enjoyed the holiday skeletons and seeing the staff’s artistic side in the pumpkin decorating contest. It was clear people enjoyed their jobs and worked well together. Thank you to everyone who looked after us from Oct. 23 (11:00am)-Oct.26, 2025 (check out).

I can’t thank the IHG Grandville employees enough. My mom heart is so grateful. Accommodating us for a late night stay and early morning before my daughter’s surgery meant more than I could ask for. Christa helped with the room and late checkout, and Ashley checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed, including late checkout and pool time. Dwight got the pool ready for us even though we were in a rush. You were all amazing. The other staff were wonderful too: clean rooms, great breakfast, and a well-stocked little shop. Pat yourselves on the back. 10/10 recommend. God Bless!

I’m so glad we switched here from Holiday Inn Airport South. Even though Holiday Inn Airport South still charged me a cancellation fee, paying 120.00 to get out of that hotel and stay here was worth it. The service was exceptional. The hot tub was hot, the pool was heated as promised, the game area was fun, and breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast.

A gentleman named Dwayne always greeted us with a friendly smile and a “hello, how are you!” Jackie was the sweetest lady, serving a great breakfast and being so friendly and accommodating.
