I don't really get the complaints. The front desk woman, who was Punjabi, was kind and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. We had hot water too. It's a motel, so some things could be better, like having more light in the room or extra towels, but we had a nice stay overall.

We wouldn't recommend staying here. The microwave didn't work, and the room only had one bath towel and two hand towels. The dryer they provided was broken too. When we went to check out at 7:30 in the morning, the reception was closed. A note said someone would be back in 20 minutes, so we waited until 8:00, then stood outside another 20 minutes. At 8:25 we started knocking and ringing the bell. A very angry woman came out. We explained we needed to check out, and she just told us to leave the key outside. When we asked about our deposit, she told us to wait. We had paid the deposit in cash because they said card payments weren't available at the time. Room: $15O Deposit: $100

We were happy enough with the stay that I'd come back. The front desk women were kind, the service was good, and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, the floor was vinyl, and I couldn't hear the neighbors at all. Our room was near the smoking area, so there was some cigarette smell outside, but it didn't get indoors. The shower had strong pressure and got very warm, though it took a while to heat up. The hair dryer in our room didn't work, but I didn't bother calling the front desk about it. Call ahead if you're bringing a dog. We were quoted an extra $60, so we decided not to bring ours. After reading the reviews, I wasn't expecting much, so I was pleasantly surprised.

The room had plenty of space, was clean and warm, and felt unique. I booked a standard room through an app, but when I arrived the desk clerk gave me a themed room that the app hadn't mentioned. The staff were friendly and brought clean towels soon after I got settled. A few small things kept this from being a five-star stay: some items weren't plugged in, the fridge could've been leveled better, and the wall between rooms didn't block much sound. Still, I had an excellent experience, especially with the warmth during winter in this area.
