Fairfield Inn & Suites Lenox Great Barrington/Berkshires

The people here made the biggest impression on us. The women at the breakfast station were especially kind, prompt, and hardworking, and the whole staff kept up wonderfully even though the hotel was full. When we asked for extra pillows and towels, they brought them to our room quickly. The room already had what we needed, we just wanted more. We had a great Berkshire weekend. We could walk to dinner, shopping, and bowling, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel was clean, and we enjoyed the well-maintained pool and hot tub every day. The staff alone would bring me back to the Fairfield. Our weekend wouldn't have been the same without Fairfield Inn!

A small quirk: footsteps and bathroom sounds from the room above carry through, though soundproofing between rooms on the same floor is good. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay. The front desk staff were especially friendly, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast is included. There's plenty of parking, and Great Barrington has lots of food options within a 5-10 minute drive.

Steve and Otto at the front desk welcomed me when I arrived early, and my requested room was ready with all my preferences taken care of. The hotel was immaculate and the staff very thorough. I really appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows, free parking, and excellent complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient too. It's a great Marriott property with wonderful people. I had been a little wary at first because of the high cost of our upcoming stay, but the experience was lovely.

We hadn't expected to stay several nights, but Dawn made that possible after an emergency led us to call the hotel for a room on Thursday. She found us a nice room at a great rate and asked us to come right over. When we explained our situation and that we'd hoped to be in town for a few days, she got to work on extending our stay. Her GM accommodated us the next morning, and later Dawn asked if we wanted another night. She was confident and so kind, and told us to check in the morning. Cassady then confirmed our third and final night. We were grateful to explore the area without having to pack up and head home as soon as we'd feared. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Dawn was extremely nice, and we enjoyed our many conversations and her expert advice. Cassady made sure everything worked out too. We highly recommend this hotel in beautiful Great Barrington. The team truly cares about guests. Thanks again!
