A third-party booking site caused some problems, so we went to the hotel to sort everything out in person. Andrea was a huge help. She was eager to get to the bottom of it, and handled things with grace and professionalism. She went above and beyond to settle it as best she could given the situation. We called to reserve three rooms for a wedding party and were told on the phone that we'd get the wedding block rate of $134. When we arrived, they said the discounted rate wouldn't apply and a room would cost over $200. The person who said she was the manager told us it wasn't their fault that whoever we'd spoken to promised the discount. There was absolutely no customer service. Our three families, including the children, left and stayed at another hotel.

The one thing that bothered me was some sort of block on the Wi-Fi that stopped Playstations from working. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say. Everything was clean and organized, the staff were polite and friendly, and breakfast had a good variety of items, which you don't see much these days. Great place.
