I booked two nights while working a weekend agency job. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom ceiling had mold and there was what looked like blood on the doorjamb. I mostly needed a place to sleep, so I let that go at first. On the second night, after work, I found the toilet running with no fill water flowing. At 8pm the front desk said nothing could be done until 8am. I called the 800 number, spoke with three people, and waited more than an hour before customer service sent the desk worker to look. A pinhole leak had managed to fill the tank. The answer was still that we'd have to wait until a manager was available at 8am. When I asked about an on-call manager, they said they'd called and that it "should be working." With no guarantee of a refund for that night and such poor service, I won't stay again. I'd steer clear.

The room smelled of dog urine, and the front desk woman, “Ashley,” was absolutely rude. She spoke disrespectfully to my wife, me, and their own housekeeping staff, and seemed to have no people or communication skills.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but it smelled strongly of dog urine. We went to Walmart and bought carpet Febreze to try to deal with the odor.

I found bed bugs in my room. When I reported it, the front desk offered to move me one room over or to a ground-floor room with a bathroom that didn't work, saying they were "just trying to help me out." They wouldn't cancel or refund me because the reservation was through a third party.

The bed was really comfortable, but the rest was frustrating. After a cold breakfast, I went to the front desk and found nobody there. When we were leaving, the luggage carrier was in the laundry room and unavailable for us to use. They also texted at 8am asking when we'd be checking out, which woke us up. That wasn't cool at all. It seemed like customers weren't good enough to use the carrier.
