Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel & Suites

Those rooms with balconies on the river side are fantastic, and the pool and jacuzzi are really nice too. My family and I love this hotel. It's clean, nicely decorated, and the staff are friendly. Nothing to complain about, and we're looking forward to staying again.

The trains were the hard part of our one-night stop on the way home. They passed at least three times overnight with horns blaring, and whenever the outer door shut near our room at the end of the hall, it banged loudly enough to sometimes shake the walls. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and the hotel was welcoming, pet-friendly, and had friendly staff. Breakfast was good, though there were fewer options than at other BW locations.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk woman was efficient and kind. We skipped breakfast and didn't use the other amenities. The price felt high, especially since my son and I both slept so poorly that our backs hurt the next morning. We meant to stay until 9 or 10, but were up and out by 5:30 instead. We walked a lot that morning to loosen up, and the pillows didn't work well for me either. At home we both sleep on Saatva, and this experience has me ready to give that company a great review.

The late checkout was nice, but we just weren't impressed. For nearly $200, it was a plain, average motel with nothing special, and the rooms could be bigger for that price. I'm writing this from the buffalo lodge in Big Fork MT, which cost the same and was WAY nicer. The train horn and people slamming doors and hollering all night made for a rough sleep. The bathroom wasn't good either, with very dim lighting and just a standard tub. Honestly, the price should be lower.
