SpringHill Suites by Marriott Great Falls

No complaints at all. The staff and management are doing a great job, and the rooms are cleaned daily. They’re spacious, clean, and in good shape. Breakfast is tasty, the hot tub still works, and the TV has about 3x as many channels as other Marriotts. I also liked the firm pillows, patio, and air conditioning that blows cold and strong. Best Marriott in this tier that I’ve stayed at.

After a 4day straight through drive from Florida, this peaceful spot made my work week so much easier. The area was clean and quiet, with a great view and the sound of geese and ducks. I didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was great too, especially the folded cheese and pepper omelette, which I still miss.

The design made this one of the most depressing “nice” hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s dark, and the heavy red curtain is about the only colorful thing in the room. The TV sits across a huge room that could have used the space for a kitchenette. Instead there’s a couch, a desk with sliding windows for some reason, and the tiniest refrigerator I’ve ever seen. The hotel is otherwise perfectly fine, in a good location with plenty of amenities. It’s quiet unless a train passes, then the room shakes.

We arrived on July 1st after a 10-hour drive, and this was just the break our family needed. The staff were friendly and helpful from the start. At check-in, the woman at the front desk went out of her way to handle our request, which made our kids’ day. We appreciated the genuine hospitality. The clean, modern, well-kept facility had an indoor pool the kids loved. Breakfast was free and had more choices than we expected, and when our travel plans changed unexpectedly, they offered us a late checkout. One of our nicest hotel stays on the road. Thanks to the whole team at SpringHill Suites Great Falls. We’ll come back if we’re in the area.
