Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay East, WI

Breakfast was the highlight for me: eggs, waffles with maple syrup and butter, bagels, muffins, toast, oatmeal, cream cheese, and really good coffee. There was plenty to choose from. Our two queen beds were close together, so the room felt a little tight, but it was reasonably clean and had lots of pillows and a very comfortable duvet. The heat and air conditioning both worked well, which came in handy as the weather changed. We were there on a business trip. They let us arrive a little early, and when we asked to stay a bit longer while waiting for my daughter, that was part of our timing too.

Brittany went out of her way to make sure everything was right for me and my driver. My driver also had great things to say about how welcoming the hotel staff were. We’re looking forward to staying here again. Thanks to everyone.

We come back here every year, and Natalie made planning our family reunion especially easy this time. Since we now have a small child, she helped us choose a room that suited us better and mentioned they provide pack and plays, so we don’t have to bring one along for the five-hour drive. I’d love to thank her with a coffee while we’re there. Natalie, if you see this, please show your supervisor. She deserves a raise! I’d just booked with her on the phone a few minutes before writing this, and the effort she made to accommodate us really stood out.

I canceled more than a month ahead because of a work conflict and still wasn’t given a refund. Nobody would tell me why, and the general manager never returned my call. When I insisted on speaking to someone instead of just the receptionist, I got hung up on. I was told the manager was in a meeting that would take all day. This was a horrible customer service experience, and I won’t spend my time or money here again.
