Motel 6 Green Bay, WI

We were supposed to stay here on December 27, 2025, after a Packer game. I dropped everyone at the game and went to take in our luggage, but the pillow in the room was covered in hair, like a wig. It looked as if someone had rubbed it between their legs and put it back. The sheets under the covers were just as disgusting. I won't describe more because the memory is rancid. We drove home instead. I booked through Priceline, which said it couldn't refund me, and the owners also refused. The listing said the beds were queen size, but they definitely weren't. I found a way to dispute the charge, and my credit card company finalized the refund. I wish I'd checked the reviews first. I have nothing positive to say, and if any reviews give this place more than two stars, I think they're lying.

The place is peaceful, reasonably priced, and in a great location. The staff are respectful and nice, and they respond when something in the room needs attention. I've had a great experience here.

We stayed this weekend for the Packers game. The room smelled of cigarettes, and there was no manual lock on the door. The bedding clearly hadn't been washed, with stains and hairs across the pillows and sheets. The TV remote was broken and sticky, and the bathroom light and fan made a horrible noise.

The woman who checked us in was very nice, and that part went smoothly. The room was another story. There were dead bugs on the floor, cobwebs in the corners, broken light fixtures, and the overhead light flickered on and off. The smoke detector had been removed from the wall, with its wires shoved inside. The bed covering had clear stains and burn holes, and the blanket underneath had large burn holes too. The pillows looked old and discolored. I didn't want to find out what was under the sheets, and the bathroom floor had chipped paint all over it. People loitering outside also made us feel unsafe. We gave up the money we'd already paid and checked out after just 30 minutes to find somewhere else.
