The front desk lady was kind and extremely helpful, and I’d book here again. My room was very clean and had a nice Samsung TV with lots of channels. Breakfast was decent and hot, with a good selection. The hotel is across from the casino and 10 mins from Lambeau Field.
2/10
After our early landing, we tried calling the 24 hour shuttle using the courtesy card they’d given us. For over 30 minutes, all we got were voice menus. We ended up walking through snow in 12 degree weather and jumping a guard rail to reach the hotel. At check-in, the TV didn’t work, and the desk clerk didn’t even say sorry. We checked out and won’t be back. We’d been told to call the shuttle when our flight landed.
10/10
The hotel is just 2min away. Customer service was good, especially from our shuttle driver, who also checked us in.
8/10
The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was good. We stayed for an early flight out of Austin Straubel, and the shuttle was convenient. But parking costs about the same as at the airport, so that wasn’t a benefit for us.
8/10
Being so close to the airport was the main thing we needed, and the clean, comfortable room and easy airport setup worked well. One small issue: the in-room coffee maker didn’t work, just like the one in our room on a previous visit.
