Dre made everything easy and stress-free from beginning to end. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. It’s in a convenient spot, and I had a great stay. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable place.

I came from FL to NC and needed temporary housing after an unexpected illness in the family meant my family’s housing plan fell through. Cleanliness, safety, and a good price mattered to me. I first found this brand on Priceline, then checked its own website and got a better rate. Nine nights in, the experience has been wonderful. The property is older but well maintained, clean, and safe, with some nice restaurants within walking distance. The team works well together and has given me some of the best customer service. Skyler at the front desk got me registered smoothly and clearly explained what I needed to know. Keyanna is always pleasant on the phone, answers my questions, handles renewals smoothly, and acknowledges guests when a line forms. Regina greets me cheerfully when I leave so she can clean, and does a great job in my room. Mike from maintenance handled a few minor room issues with skill and efficiency. Thank you all for such genuine service. It’s a breath of fresh air!

The pictures they posted should go back to Better Homes & Gardens because they don’t show what’s actually being rented. “Filthy” barely describes this mess. The hallways reek, the room smelled even worse, and there was built-up grime and cobwebs everywhere. There was what looked like evidence of animal abuse on the bathroom door trim. The carpet was matted and stained, every surface felt sticky, and the floor under the shower creaked. The elevator looked held together with dime-store hardware, and the place felt like a fire trap with too few elevators or stairs. The place is ate up with section 8. No refund for checking out early. Fine by me, I couldn’t pay enough to stay, and managed only one night.

The red-haired girl was so sweet, helpful, and nice. She seems like a good person. The guy was unnecessarily rude and bad for business. I could say more, but make red the boss!
