The online photos and descriptions gave a completely different impression. In person, the hotel was dirty and poorly maintained, and seemed badly managed. We found roaches in every room my family and I stayed in, crawling on beds, walls, and dressers. Plumbing problems also sent water across the bathroom floor and soaked some of our things. Go elsewhere. It’s disgraceful that this place is open to the public.

The staff really went out of their way for us. I’d forgotten my medical paperwork for surgery, and they kept it safe and brought it to our car when we came by afterward. A couple of men made us uneasy, so we called the office and someone walked us to the room. The rooms were okay, though the bedding and sheets could be better quality. The fridge worked great, and No Way Jose is right across the street with lots of fast food nearby.

I know there are plenty of reviews, but I always have a great time here. The service is good, I get the same room every visit, and the first-floor housekeeper is amazing. The new owner is really nice, too. This is my regular go-to when I’m in town 💚💚💚

Some of the rooms are filthy, and some doors won’t lock. Roaches seem to be a problem in every room. A few front desk workers are rude and unprofessional, and the hotel overall is poorly run and not up to standard. The lobby is the only area that looks the part. Housekeeping seemed to be the only professional team, and they were nice. I could say more about my stay, but just don’t come here.
