The room was nice and quiet, and everyone at the front desk was great. Housekeeping was the rough part at first. No one came by during the first couple of mornings, and I hadn't been told that cleaning had to be scheduled. I went down to ask them to remove the trash and dirty linens, then requested a cleaning for the next morning. It still wasn't done, so I had to ask again. Since then things have been pretty good. I'd still recommend this motel, since it's probably the nicest option in this area.

I paid $121 as a Wyndham member, which felt high for what the place is worth. Still, compared with the other chains around, it seemed like the better choice. I stay in lots of hotels each year, and this one gets some of the little things right, even hallway music. Scott at the front desk was a real pro, the kind of person you think of when someone says concierge. He was attentive, remembered guests' names, and used them. My room, 415, was clean, quiet, spacious, and had no bugs. The carpet looked nice. The AC worked well, though the WiFi wouldn't load at first and didn't work once it finally opened, so I never used it. The mattress was a bit firm and creaked, but the pillows and bedspread were nice. There were enough TV channels, though the TV itself was tiny. Stayed 11-11-25.

I'm traveling solo for the first time and was feeling nervous, but Mr. Scott helped put me at ease. I called to make sure my third-party booking had gone through, even though the stay is still a few days away. He explained everything clearly and went out of his way to help me feel prepared. Very professional and helpful.

The location was great, and the price, breakfast, and spacious room were all good. There was way too much air freshener in the room, though. We picked this hotel because it had a pool, but it was closed and really tiny. Fine for the one night we were there.
