Days Inn Greenville

I was so disappointed that I left a day early and won't be back. The website said there was a fitness center, but we were told it was out of order. The hallway was poorly lit, and the room furniture was dark, worn, and outdated. I've seen better at Goodwill. The toilet sat too low, and the mattress had visible stains along the sides. The pillows were too soft and left my neck and back hurting.

The breakfast really stood out, with plenty of variety and fresh, well-prepared food. It felt like the kind of spread you'd expect at a 5-star hotel. The front desk service was another highlight. I ran into a few minor problems, but the staff handled them quickly and made everything easy and stress-free. I had a comfortable weekend stay and appreciated how attentive everyone was. I'd definitely consider coming back.

My wife visits me on weekends while I'm working on my recovery, and we've made this our home away from home. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and it's a quick trip nearby. There's usually a highway patrol officer somewhere around the parking lot, probably because it's so close to I 385. It's a big upgrade from the Motel 8 across town and well worth the 20 dollars more.

We booked a king-size bed, but after the refrigerator in our first room failed and leaked, we were moved to a room with two double beds. The TV only showed ID and game shows. When I asked for help, someone came up, flipped a channel, and said, there you go. Later, when I told the man at the desk we still couldn't get other channels, he told me to ask somebody else. The carpet was old and sticky, and the tub had a repair that left it kind of sunken in the middle. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were very flat, and there were no blankets. I could go on, but I won't.
