The room was tidy, clean, and nicely equipped, and breakfast tasted great. Sharon at the front desk was polite and really helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would come back.

Anita took great care with our order and was so kind, going out of her way to get it right. Sharon at the front desk was helpful too, and everyone was friendly. I’d recommend the property. Five stars for the team and the location.

Jae at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I found the experience unacceptable and would tell people to avoid this location. It wasn’t worth the time or money. I’m writing to corporate, and anyone who experienced racism or prejudice from him can email me so we can try to start a class action.

The restaurant and bar are handy, though the menu is limited and they may be out of what you order. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished, but the mattresses, while clean, are well worn and should be replaced.

Such a huge room, and the hotel feels brand new. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant and bar staff were all superb. Doubletrees can be hit or miss, but this one could set the standard.
